At Grass-fields, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Ensure items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Place the items securely in their original packaging.
Ship the Items
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
